Polio awareness session at Al Furqan School
Dr. Arjumand Rabbani, Polio Chair of RCK New Central, conducted a polio awareness session at Al Furqan School, PECHS, on 2nd September. The session focused on the serious consequences of poliovirus infection, the importance of vaccination, and the role of hygiene in preventing its spread. Common misconceptions surrounding polio vaccination were also addressed.
The session was attended by 38 students and 4 teachers, who actively participated and expressed their willingness to support immunization efforts and share the key messages with their families and communities.
