International Literacy Day Walk| RC Khairpur & RC Khairpur Green City

Rotary Club of Khairpur and Rotary Club of Khairpur Green City, in collaboration with the Education & Literacy Department, Sindh Education Foundation, and Rotary Pakistan Literacy Mission District 3271, organised a Literacy Awareness Walk on 8th September 2026 to mark International Literacy Day. Around 350-400 students, teachers, educationists, and civil society representatives walked from Civic Center to Press Club, Khairpur, raising awareness on the importance of literacy and access to quality education for every child. DGN Abdul Jabbar Sheikh joined the walk alongside Presidents Rtn. Asad Raza Malik and Dr. Jawed Akhtar Samo, District Literacy Officer Syed Sikandar Ali Shah, and SEF District Manager Manzoor Solangi.
